Police Issue Alert For Registered Sex Offender Wanted For Assault Charge In Westchester

Police are seeking the public’s assistance last hey attempt to track down a registered sex offender wanted for an assault charge in Westchester.

The Yonkers Police Department issued an alert on Wednesday, July 3, for Perry Foy, who is wanted by the Warrant Squad after being arrested and charged with third-degree assault and failing to appear in court.

The Division of Criminal Justice Services has assigned Foy, 35, as a Level 2 threat, which means he is at "moderate risk of a repeat offense.”

According to the Division of Criminal Justice Services, Foy had sexual intercourse and contact with his 15-year-old victim in 2004. He was convicted of second-degree rape the following year and sentenced to a term of between one and three years in state prison.

Police described Foy as a 5-foot-7 African American man weighing approximately 200 pounds with a large build. Foy has black hair, brown eyes and investigators noted that he has a scar on his left arm.
